Adding your business to the marketplace on JustPickup is easy. To start taking orders via on JustPickup, the business owner or store operator must choose a free or paid plan, create an account and list their products; then share their unique JustPickup marketplace link to begin taking orders instantly!
It’s free to list your business and up to 10 products on JustPickup with our Basic Plan. To list more products or unlock more features for your Storefront, our paid plans start at $9.99/month. View our pricing plans.
No worries! Our questionnaire helps vendors find out which package is best, based on their business needs. If you need some time to decide, start your free 90-day JustPickup Pro or Premium trial now. Don’t worry, you can always upgrade or downgrade your plan later.
Once you open your storefront, there will be a countdown banner that lets you know how many days are left of your trial.
We accept all debit and major credit cards from customers in every country.
"Active products" refers to the items that are available for order in your storefront. Each plan has a different number of active product availability. Items on backorder or discontinued are not considered active products.
Currently, JustPickup does not take payments (yet!). Customers must offer payment via your POS system or desired method of payment. Don’t have a POS system? Check out our list of contactless payment options for small businesses.
Managing Your Storefront & Products
JustPickup Premium allows up to 5 users on one account. We recommend this package for small to medium-sized teams.

Orders / Notifications
You’ll be notified of new orders via email, sign in to your Storefront to fulfill them.
When you update the status of the order, we will send the customer a text message notifying them.
No, JustPickup does not calculate taxes. We recommend adding tax to the price of your items or including tax during payment at pickup. (We recommend including this in your business information so your customers are aware.)
You can view all your current and past orders in your order history.
